Refund, Returns & Exchange

If after receiving your product, you are unhappy with the product or you may have ordered the wrong product, Bordin Bros will be happy to swap it for you to something that may be more suitable, or provide a full refund of the purchase price. Simply return the item in its original state, free of any damage or alteration, along with all paperwork to the Bordin Bros Pty Ltd dealer that it was picked up from within 30 days of delivery and we’ll happily exchange it for a more suitable product or provide a full refund.
